Massage Therapy

What is Therapeutic Massage?
Massage is one of the oldest, forms of therapy and is a system of stroking, pressing and kneading different areas of the body to relieve pain, relax, stimulate and support healing of the body and mind. 

What is the outcome of Massage?
Therapeutic massage works the soft tissue to relieve pain, which stimulates blood circulation and assists the lymphatic system, which aids the elimination of waste throughout the body. The effects of massage are cumulative.

Is Massage appropriate for you?
Massage is helpful for anyone who feels the minor aches and pains associated with sports and life activities as well as rehabilitation. It can be useful in-between physical therapy appointments to maintain the flexibility that has been attained in therapy.
